Who operates this website
Alonso is a commercial photography business based in Mississauga, Ontario, serving clients on location across the Greater Toronto Area. This policy explains how information provided through alonsorm.ca is handled.
Information collected
The enquiry form collects your name, company, email address and project brief. Phone number and project location are optional. Hosting and security systems may also process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser details to operate and protect the website. Please do not submit sensitive or confidential business information in an initial enquiry.
How information is used
Your details are used to respond to your request, discuss photography services, prepare a quotation and manage related business correspondence. Submitting a project enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Service providers and sharing
Enquiries are stored by the website form system and sent to the business email account. Hosting, website maintenance and email providers may process this information to supply those services. Information is not sold or shared for third-party advertising. It may be disclosed where required by law.
Retention and security
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Access is restricted to business purposes. Reasonable measures protect the website and correspondence, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask about the personal information held about you, request access or correction, or request deletion or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Use the contact form and write “Privacy request” in the project brief. Requests may require identity verification, and legal or contractual retention obligations may limit deletion.
